Admin/Office Assistant/Developer

We are real estate development company located in Vancouver, BC. The company develops high-rise, commercial, multi-families building and apartments around 14 years in Canada. We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our company.

This is a full-time, entry-level position

The position requires:

– Fluent English and Mandarin – Excellent filling, organizational and prioritizing skills

– Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and typing skills

– Minimum 1 to 2 years of office administration assistant experience.

– Accounting background, knowing Quickbooks and Simple Accounting Software is preferred

– Construction management background is preferred

– Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-work abilities

– Strong work ethics, ability to multitasks and work effectively under instruction

– Can start to work immediately is preferred Duties will include, but not limited to:

– Reception duties – General office administration and filing work

– Assistance with Accounting department

– Assistance with Construction team

– Assistance with development and sales team

– Other tasks and works as directed by Manager or Accountant

– Training will be provided
